Bioskopska sala raspolaže sa 622 sedišta – fotelja. Raspored redova je tako podešen da je omogućena odlična vidljivost sa svakog mesta, jer visinska razlika između predhodnog i narednog reda iznosi između 20 i 30cm. Takav je odnos svih redova. Uz to je i platno relativno visoko postavljeno. Inače ekran je širok 16, a visok 7.5 metara što znači da može da se koristi za sve vrste filmova.
Ozvučenje pak, tako je podešeno da će se pri slušanju tona, prema rečima stručnjaka, dobiti utisak kao da se nalazi u masi koja je određena radnja događaja. Sala je opremljena savremenim surround sistemom.
Ispred ekrana neposredno, nalaze se zavese koje će se automatski otvorati prema tome koliko koji film, shodno tehnici u kojoj je rađen, zahteva prostora. Sasvim ispred nalazi se glavna zavesa bine.
Redovi su označeni na stepenicama svetlosnim oznakama. Zidovi kao i tavanica rađeni su mestimično od gipsanih i mestimično od tarolit pločica. Pod je gumen, dok je izlaz od keramike – mozaik. Sijalice su skrivene u nišama takozvanim profilima tako da oči gledalaca nisu izložene direktnoj svetlosti.
